It is with great honour that I assume the presidency of the Swansea and West Wales Insurance Institute. I extend my sincere gratitude to Past President Sally Hendricks for her tireless dedication and leadership. Her energy and efforts have set a high standard, and I am committed to building upon the foundation she has laid.

Moving forward, our goals are to work collaboratively to help deliver the overarching strategic plan of the CII, ensuring that our members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in an ever-evolving industry. Furthermore, we will actively engage with local businesses and institutions, fostering partnerships that strengthen our community and elevate our profession.
