We will review the ‘PAC’ model of transactional Analysis

We will explore how the modes of the Parent, the Adult and the Child play out in life and how adopting different aspects of the ego states can have a perceived positive or negative impact in life and business.

We will step into and then back out of the Drama Triangle, heightening our awareness to become more ‘Adult’ when interacting with others to achieve more effective results.

This session will involve group discussions and after the initial theory there will be an opportunity to network with others as we explore further in groups.

About your trainer

Caroline has worked with multinational clients in the insurance world for more than 27 years.
