This session will look at five communication habits that make insurance and financial services professionals highly effective in their day-to-day work, with the result that they retain business and win new business.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Identify how communication contributes to being a highly effective insurance or financial services professional.
- Recognise the five main habits professionals have for communicating effectively.
- Implement a strategy to communicate more effectively.
