Memory Skills
The aim of this one hour session is to increase confidence in your ability to recall information, to light up parts of the brain and increase your RAM.
At the end of this event, delegates will be able to identify:
- How memory functions, focusing on recall and remembering names.
- State dependent memory.
- Stacking and pegging techniques.
- Anchoring.
Please note that this event will be held in the Noel Cantwell Suite which is located in the ABAX Stadium's South Stand. Due to limited parking near the South Stand entrance, we recommend that you park near the Main Reception and walk around the stadium to access the venue.
