"Meet the Ombudsman" Workshop

They will be running two sessions in Leicester, at the King Power Stadium, on Wed 18 May, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

These free, half-day sessions are designed to help local Financial Services businesses understand:

• the complaint-handling rules
• how the ombudsman service works
• how they decide the outcome of the cases referred to them
• the support they offer businesses with their own complaint handling

They are also opportunity for business owners and staff to meet some of the FOS team – including an ombudsman – face to face, and they are keen to hear directly from businesses about some of the things that most concern them.
