Keith Torrance Awarded Exceptional Service Medal

Past President and current Council member Keith Torrance has been awarded the CII’s Exceptional Service Medal. Keith has served on the CII’s Main Board and been a member of the National Council. More recently he has chaired the East Midlands Regional Forum. This is a meeting of representatives from five local institutes. The aim is to share ideas and best practice.
Prior to our centenary year, 2014, Keith researched the early history of the Institute. This was published at the Centenary Dinner.

The medal is awarded only once or twice each year. ‘I was surprised but highly honoured to be awarded the medal’ said Keith.
