Council Member Florence Dennis wins Gallagher CEO award for Rising Star of the Year

Florence joined Gallagher as an apprentice 6 years ago in 2013 and has since completed her Cert CII and has just one module to complete for her Diploma. Florence has worked tirelessly to develop in her career and to become an integral part of her team and office. She is incredibly focused and strives hard to achieve professional excellence.

Florence has been asked to stand as deputy president for the Leicester Institute in 2021 and in 2022 to act as president of the committee. She has already thought about what she wants to achieve as president and that is to focus on the pathways for the ‘Next Generation’ of young brokers.

For all the work Florence does beyond her job at Gallagher, her roles as the Young Broker Ambassador for the East Midlands and at the Leicester Insurance Institute, this never interferes with her client service, with both her clients and insurers hugely appreciative of the work she does.
