The Next Generation High Achievers of the Year Award 2018

“I want to drive Leicester’s legacy by reinstating the prestigious High Achiever Award based on work, effort, attitude and achievements made throughout.

Your local institute has found sponsors for you to showcase the local talent we have in our Industry and I am a firm believer of recognising and then rewarding our Next Generation.

These will be professionals in your businesses who are likely part of your succession plans, so let me help you by raising their profiles and acknowledging the finalists at this year’s Annual Dinner.”

Entry Criteria

• Applicants must have been employed by their current employer for at least 12 months.
• For applicants to be considered for the Next Generation High Achiever Award, they will need to have demonstrated evidence of professional performance and achievements that have exceeded the remit of their role and/or the expectations of their employer. For further information, please see the Guidance Notes.
• Employers of the applicants must be based within the Leicestershire & Rutland local Institute area, and the employer of the candidate must support the nomination
• Nominees do not need to be existing CII members

Selection/Assessment Process

• Applications must be submitted on the official Nomination Form as issued by the Insurance Institute of Leicester.
• Supplementary information provided as part of any application will not be considered by the judging panel, apart from a current role profile.
• All applications will be judged by a panel nominated by the Insurance Institute of Leicester.
• The decision of the panel is final.

Additional Notes & Timescales

• Nomination Forms must be received by the closing date of 5th October 2018.
• Nomination Forms and attachments should be sent by email to Careers@theiil.org.uk or President@theiil.org.uk
• Candidates that are shortlisted for the award will be invited to attend the Insurance Institute of Leicester Annual Dinner at the Marriott Hotel on Friday 9th November 2018.
• The Winners from GI & PFS will each receive a trophy and a cheque for £100.
• The Runner-up will receive a cheque for £50 and will also be invited to attend the Annual Dinner.
• Invitations to finalists will be issued by 19^th October 2018.
