This is a unique opportunity to observe and take-part in a fictitious, but realistic employment tribunal presented to you by experienced employment solicitors. The hearing will be conducted with experienced solicitors and guest witnesses where the evidence will be heard. You will then get the opportunity to vote on the outcome and ask questions. This should give an exciting overview of the employment tribunal process.

  • The law surrounding unfair dismissal and pregnancy/maternity discrimination

  • The process involved in bringing an employment tribunal claim
