This black-tie event, hosted by IIL President, Lucy Clarke, will bring the London insurance and financial planning sectors together for a celebratory evening of networking and fine dining in the world-famous, ancient fortress that has watched over and guarded the City of London and the nation for almost 1,000 years. Instantly recognisable, the White Tower is the most famous castle keep in the world - an iconic symbol of London and Britain.

The evening will begin with a private viewing of the Crown Jewels, a world-famous collection of 23,578 gemstones that is part of the Royal Collection and features items that are still used in royal ceremonies today. You will then have an opportunity to network with industry colleagues over a champagne reception in the White Tower before taking your seat for a luxury three-course meal in the New Armouries banqueting suite within the most famous castle in the world!

• 6:30pm: Guest arrival at the Tower entrance
• 6:45pm: Private viewing of the Crown Jewels
• 7:00pm: Champagne reception
• 8:00pm: Three-course seated dinner
• 10:15pm Carriages

Dress code: Black Tie

Early booker tickets are priced at:

£350 individual ticket (to join a mixed table)
£3,500 per table of 10

Standard rate tickets are priced at:

£400 individual ticket (to join a mixed table)
£4,000 per table of 10

Please note you will be required to supply all guest names and dietary/access requirements at least two weeks before the event.

Bookings are non-refundable but substitutions can be made in certain circumstances.

There is no entrance permitted inside the Tower after 19:45. Please note that the Ceremony of the Keys takes place between 21:30 and 22:05 and there is to be no movement within the Tower grounds during this time.

Due to the historic nature of the Tower buildings, there is no disabled access to the White Tower. However, the New Armouries is fully accessible. There are no toilet facilities inside the White Tower, but they are located a short distance away in the building next to the White Tower.

There is no parking at the Tower of London, so please arrive on foot or use public transport. The nearest car park is located on Lower Thames Street.
