Members’ Private Evening Tour - The Household Cavalry Museum

We are excited to invite our members to a private – out-of-hours – evening tour of the Household Cavalry Museum, located in the heart of Horse Guards, Whitehall, London.

The Household Cavalry is a union of the two most senior regiments in the British Army; The Life Guards and The Blues & Royals. It has the unique dual role of both protecting The King and The Royal Family - conducting mounted ceremonial, state and public duties - alongside their role as frontline soldiers, ready for operational deployment. They have acted as the monarch’s trusted guardians since 1660. No other unit of the armed forces has such close ties with The Royal Family.

On our private tour, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich history and tradition of this prestigious regiment, led by an expert curator. With a glass in your hand, centuries of history will be brought to life as you meander the cobbles of these 18th-century galleries, examining the splendid ceremonial uniforms and iconic artefacts that highlight the close relationship between the Household Cavalry and The Royal Family.

The ticket price includes entry, the curator-led private tour, and a welcome drink on arrival.
