Pilates at your desk
Join us for a lunchtime Pilates workout at your desk to reset and bring back balance.
As the days shorten and autumn beckons, many of us can find ourselves feeling tired, stressed and anxious. This workout will focus on key areas including the neck, shoulders, spine and lower back to ease stress and tension, leaving you feeling reinvigorated and ready to head into the weekend on a high.
All you need to do is grab your chair and log in.
All levels are welcome, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners.
You will need the following:
- A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
- A chair with space on either side
- A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
- A bottle of water
Give yourself plenty of time to set up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.
Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
By joining this online Pilates class, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk.
