Classic Pilates
Spring into Spring with the latest instalment in our Wellbeing programme – a Classic Pilates session in association with Well With Samantha.
As we get excited for the return of Spring and warmer days ahead, this early-morning Classic Pilates session with a twist will help to reinvigorate body and mind at the end of a busy week.
Accompanied by an uplifting soundtrack, Samantha will lead you through a series of low-impact, flexibility, balance and endurance moves, focusing on building core stability and strength, as well as improving general fitness.
All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
You will need the following:
- A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
- A yoga mat or towel/blanket
- A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
- A bottle of water
Give yourself plenty of time to set up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.
Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
By joining this online Pilates class, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk.
