Breathwork and Yoga
Join us for the next instalment in our wellbeing programme - an early morning breathwork and yoga class in association with Well With Samantha.
In this session you will learn to build awareness of your breath as you move your body with intention.
Samantha will begin the session with guided breathwork, before leading you through a series of postures that will help strengthen the body and improve general wellbeing.
We will end with further breathwork meditation to help relieve stress and promote a feeling of calm.
This session is suitable for all levels and is an ideal way to start your day by centring your body and bringing clarity to your mind.
You will need the following:
- A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
- A yoga mat or towel/blanket
- A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
- A bottle of water
Give yourself plenty of time to set-up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.
Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
By joining this online yoga class, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. The IIL is not liable, under any circumstance or in any way, including but not limited to limitations of video instruction, the failure of the student to use a proper technique or to provide a safe space for practice.
