Yoga & Philosophy: enlighten and uplift
Join us for an early morning empowering yoga practice in association with Well With Samantha.
This session will focus on the fundamental aspects of yoga, including pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures), and meditation.
During the class, Samantha will explain the main philosophy of yoga – the belief that breath, mind, body, and soul are all connected and how regular practice can help improve mental and physical wellbeing.
This class is an invigorating way to start your day by centring your body and bringing clarity to your mind.
If you have an injury, are pregnant or have a question please email Samantha before class - samanthaerinhale@icloud.com
You will need the following:
- A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
- A yoga mat or towel/blanket
- A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
- A bottle of water
- Clothes suitable for yoga
Give yourself plenty of time to set up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.
Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
