Pilates: mindful movement
Join us for the first Wellbeing session of 2022 - an early morning Pilates class in association with Well With Samantha.
This class will get you ready to start your day by combining controlled and precise movements with specific breathing techniques to activate your mind-body connection for effective stress management, greater body awareness and improved posture.
This session is suitable for all levels and is an uplifting way to start your day by centring your body and bringing clarity to your mind. Designed to be both educational and fun, Samantha will guide you through a series of postures that will help relieve tension, ease anxiety, and bring a feeling of calm to the start of your day.

You will need the following:
- A laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha
- A yoga mat or towel/blanket
- A clear space to practice, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions
- A bottle of water
Give yourself plenty of time to set up, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.
Due to the interactivity of the event, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
By joining this online Pilates class, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. The IIL is not liable, under any circumstance or in any way, including but not limited to limitations of video instruction, the failure of the student to use a proper technique or to provide a safe space for practice.
