Guided Mindfulness Practice (week three)
Join us for the third in a four-week series of weekly live Guided Mindfulness Practices.
Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on the present moment, with complete acceptance and non-judgement. Practicing Mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
Chris Hunt ACII is the CEO of i-Nurture Services (INS), a company dedicated to improving wellness in the insurance community. Chris will guide members through a weekly practice including Body Scans and Mindfulness of Breathing.
All sessions will include a guided meditation. The first session will also include a brief introduction to mindfulness and how it can benefit you. The last session will include information on how to continue your practice and integrate it into your everyday life.
Each session will be suitable for everyone and will provide an uplifting way to start your day by bringing clarity and calmness to your mind, which can make your day more constructive.
No equipment is required, just a quiet place to sit or stand where (ideally!) you won’t be interrupted.
By joining this online guided mindfulness practice, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. The IIL is not liable, under any circumstance or in any way, including but not limited to limitations of video instruction, the failure of the student to use proper technique or to provide a safe space for practice.
