Crisis Management - Response, Recovery and Future Resilience
In association with Marsh
Implementing effective crisis management to respond and recover from disruption is crucial in the current climate. In this YMC webinar, we explored what constitutes good crisis management, some of the challenges faced by organisations and why it is so important to invest in resilience.
The session provided insight into some of the trends and lessons emerging from the Covid-19 crisis. We drew on benchmarking data from Marsh’s Recovery Readiness Assessment which evaluated how prepared organisations were to initiate recovery from Covid-19. Finally, we discussed several case studies and examples of how Marsh has been supporting its clients through the Covid-19 crisis and ways in which organisations can enhance their resilience moving forward.
By the end of this webinar members will have gained an insight into:
- What crisis management from Marsh looks like
- How different organisations have responded to the current crisis and key lessons emerging
- How Covid-19 will shape future crisis response
