Protect Duty: What, who and when

Protect Duty is the legislation being discussed in Parliament and will become law during the present parliamentary session. Also referred to as Martyn’s Law, it was proposed by the mother of one of the victims of the Ariana Grande concert bomb attack at Manchester Arena in 2017.
This webinar looks at who it will affect, the duties it will impose, and when it will become law. The speaker also talks about how it changes the legal landscape.
