1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (UK time)
    • Gill White, Chief Customer Officer, Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
  • Financial Planning

In this IIL financial planning webinar, Gill White considers the opportunities and challenges faced across the profession as we learn to work more closely with machines in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

During this session, Gill looks at the macro context of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Fourth Industrial Revolution; alongside the scary predictions that make the headlines. She also looks at a model that could be used across our organisations for leveraging the best AI has to offer; bolstered by case studies from those organisations in our sectors that are already ahead of the curve.

Learning objectives:

  • Be introduced to a model that could assist thinking in augmenting roles alongside leveraging all that machine learning has to offer
  • Familiarisation with innovative case studies from the financial and insurance sectors, which might then form the basis of exploring possibilities with their own organisations
  • Be able to articulate ways in which Artificial Intelligence could benefit their working environment - far beyond great analytics and prediction
