Accelerated learning & memory techniques
In this IIL revision webinar, Rob Murray outlined with practical examples, a number of different memory techniques to primarily assist students when preparing for exams, but which are also applicable for wider business or personal situations.
During the presentation, Rob explained that learning and retaining large amounts of information does not require natural ability and that the techniques he will cover can make a significant difference. Rob made it clear that the techniques require practice, preparation and adaptation, as essentially these techniques concentrate on an individual identifying for themselves which memory principles work best for them, and then building a pattern of studying around that.
By the end of this webinar members would have gained an insight into:
- An introduction to a number of memory principles and accelerated learning techniques
- Practical illustrations of these techniques
- An introduction to effective, yet non-standard, approaches to memory and learning, which can be applied to formal, informal study or wider business/personal situations
