In this webinar, Sarah Stoddart-Burrows spoke about managing remote teams, including many practical tips to help stay productive and motivated while working from home.

Sarah also covered low cost technology available to help collaborate while working from home such as virtual whiteboards, best practices regarding communication and how to keep the team aligned.

As business continuity plans have been implemented in response to the coronavirus pandemic more and more companies have moved to working from home for the foreseeable future. This webinar focussed on pragmatic steps that you can put into practice immediately.
