3:00 pm – 4:15 pm (UK time)
    • Panel discussion
  • Inclusion & Diversity

In this IIL Inclusion & Diversity Committee and iDAWN webinar, the speakers discussed invisible disabilities from a variety of perspectives including mental health, neurodiversity and those living with other invisible conditions.

This year, the theme for International Day of Persons with Disabilities is ‘a disability-inclusive, accessible and sustainable post COVID-19 World'.

This panel discussion covered a number of key issues including, whether, following COVID 19, the insurance industry has adapted well to the challenges which arise in supporting colleagues living with invisible conditions, whether remote working has created more barriers for those living with a condition, what you can do now to feel empowered to support yourself and others and finally, sharing some top tips from industry insiders on what’s currently working well.

By the end of this webinar members would have gained an insight into:

  • Best practice across the insurance industry
  • Explain reasonable adjustments as a whole and provide insight into what is working well across the industry
  • How COVID has impacted those living with Invisible Disabilities
