1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (UK time)
    • Kate Carter, Innovation Analyst, Brit Insurance
    • Ryan Kingston-Jones, Head of Innovation, BMS Group
    • Caleb Rockstone, Innovation Consultant, Swiss Re
  • Cyber, & Technology

In this IIL cyber, technology and innovation panel discussion, the three innovators - Kate Carter, Ryan Kingston-Jones and Caleb Rockstone - discuss innovation, the work they are doing and how they involve people from across their organisations.

Over the last few years, innovation has moved from a buzzword to a ubiquitous aspect of every broker and insurer. However, it can often feel that innovation is being done in a specific area, or involvement is limited to certain roles or seniorities.

Attendees who are looking for innovative ideas, approaches or seeking guidance on how to get more involved in their company’s innovation efforts are welcome to come along to engage with the panellists.

Learning objectives:

  • How is innovation being done in the London insurance market?
  • Why do smart organisations ensure innovation is integrated not siloed?
  • How can anyone ensure they are involved in their company's innovation efforts?

Chair: Paolo Cuomo, Director of Operations, Brit
