What future for the London Market?
In this IIL London Market lecture Nicolas Aubert talked about the challenges facing the London Market today and how it is responding. It was not complacent and was taking action to improve itself.
As a result, no other market could compete with London in terms of infrastructure, intellectual capital, law and regulation and people. The London Market should stop thinking of itself as a hub and be bold and look upon itself as a global marketplace.
By the end of this lecture members would have gained an insight into:
- Infrastructure proposition
- Intellectual proposition
- Regulatory proposition
- People proposition
