Innovation and insurance: charting the next 300 years
In this IIL reinsurance lecture Paul Mang talked about the unprecedented levels of volatility that our shared clients are navigating, and the critical role innovation must play in maintaining our relevance and growing our industry. Paul suggested that benefits may be achieved by partnering with innovators.
In his presentation, Paul focused on protection gaps, partnerships, trade-offs and how ultimately the answer may be through collaborative innovation.

Speaker Bio:
Paul was a Partner at McKinsey & Company counselling clients on strategy and organization for 16 years. At The University of Texas, his research in technology strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation management, was published and shared at conferences worldwide. Paul holds a doctorate from Harvard University.
