In this IIL accident lecture Mark Burton and Joe McManus looked at the impact of technology on various types of injury claims and different types of heads of loss such as Care. They commented on how this technology will change the landscape for insurers.

  • Brain in hand and its impact on brain injury claims

  • The impact of those changes and predictions for the future

Speakers Bios:
Mark has been a Partner at Kennedys since 2008. He runs the catastrophic injury group and regularly lectures on high value claims. Joe qualified in 1988 and has been a Partner at Kennedys since 2009. Both take a keen interest in technology and its impact on claims and the insurance market.

Registration closes at 12pm two working days before the event date
For events held in The Old Library, Lloyd's pass holders may also attend and do not need to register
