Sporting liabilities - key legal principles and long term liabilities

The lecture covered the applicable legal standard of care, recurrent issues in legal sports claims, typical insurance issues, analysis of potential long term liabilities and how they affect the insurance market and the place of arbitration in sports injury claims.
