This webinar, we will explore the unique strengths and challenges faced by individuals with ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurodivergences, and why it’s crucial for both individuals and employers to recognise and support neurodiversity effectively, especially those taking CII examinations.

It is estimated up to 15% of the population has dyslexia, and around 4-5% of adults have ADHD, yet many more remain undiagnosed and face challenges in employment. However, neurodivergent individuals often bring exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills to the workplace, with companies that embrace neurodiversity seeing productivity boosts of up to 30%.

We’re joined by two expert speakers who will provide practical insights:

• Kate Keir Miller, a virtual assistant with ADHD and dyslexia, specialises in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their employers. She’s skilled in workplace strategies and navigating funding options to support neurodiverse employees.

• Lysette Offley is a teacher and trainer who helps individuals learn more effectively, with a focus on neurodivergent people preparing for professional exams. Her expertise in tailored learning techniques ensures that everyone, including neurodiverse individuals, can achieve their goals.

Whether you have a diagnosis, suspect you might be neurodivergent, or you’re an employer looking to build a more inclusive and innovative team, this session will equip you with the tools and knowledge to make a positive impact.
