Bringing out the best in your team in a digital insurance market

Thursday, 16 July 2020
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm (UK time)
    • Caroline Boyd, Business Psychologist, The Manager Hub
    • Neil Park MA, FCII, Insurance Specialist, Fizzwin Limited

In this webinar, Caroline Boyd and Neil Park polled participants on how they have found the first 100 days working in a digital only insurance market then reflected on the results and what additional actions we can put in place to make us both happier and more productive.

On June 27th it was 100 days since Lloyd’s of London closed the doors of the underwriting room.

How has the first 100 days of a digital only market been for you, your team and your organisation? And as Lloyd’s commences its plans to open the underwriting room in September (at 45% capacity), what long term changes are you expecting in the ways of working in the London market?
What lessons can we learn and what can we and our employers do to bring out the best in our teams, helping them to be happier, more fulfilled and ultimately more effective?

By the end of this webinar members would have gained an insight into:

  • How employees across the market are feeling after over 100 days in a digital market;
  • Three areas of focus for managers to actively improve employee engagement remotely;
  • Three actions all market employees can take to become happier and more productive in a digital world.

Participants were also provided with a report containing both the poll’s findings and tips on how to enhance employee engagement.
